I spent the first 8 years of my life in Sri Lanka, the next 15 in India and the rest so far in the United States. Growing up in India fostered a spirit of spiritual exploration which spurred a curiosity around the human capacity for expansion. Through the pursuit of this goal, he’s picked up many different modalities such as prana healing, yoga, meditation, fire walking, tantra, matrix healing, Thai Yoga massage, and more. The goal of this work has always been to connect with the Father within. Being on this path through loss, grief, suffering, and every other worldly challenge that we all face has given me a deeper understanding of the work. I have a profound respect for life as it is. In the past I was guilty of running away from the challenges of life and losing myself in spirituality. I now come back to the practices without the need to escape and with a renewed commitment to accept it all. My focus has shifted from trying to teach people things with a belief that they need to learn from me. I now know we are all our own teachers and my job is to mirror yourself to you.
